Data Processing and Deletion
In order to transmit to our users how we use the data, in this statement, we will explain what data are we Processing, how we are Processing it, the purposes for which we are Processing it, and how Users may request deletion of that data.
Processed data:
When registering in LarnU, a user will provide us with a first name, last name, email, and password. All this data is hosted on Google Cloud servers. On the other hand, LarnU also collects data on user preferences when interacting with our App, for example, courses of interest, days of activity in the app, the number of trivia answered, the device ID and local time of your device, number of likes and comments, the experience gained by answering quizzes, and the number of referrals invited.
How we are processing data:
In the application we have different events to track the activity of a user in order to provide a better user experience, each event is different and is triggered by a user action, the application collects the necessary information from this event and is sent to our server hosted in the cloud, then a data cleaning process is performed through machine learning to finally interpret this data through graphs and tables.
Purposes for data processing:
Below we will detail the purposes:
(1) To provide a more personalized experience for the user when using LarnU App, based on their preferences and tastes.
(2) In order to generate external marketing strategies, where we use data from our users to create similar audiences in order to reach new people who might be interested in our service.
(3) In order to generate internal marketing strategies, such as emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
(4) In order to detect bugs, usability problems, and other types of errors that may be occurring in the App.
How users may request deletion of their data:
To completely delete the user's data from our servers and records, just send an email to admin@larnu.com with the subject: Delete Data and the user's email address registered in our platform.
It is important that the email that sends this message has to be the same as the email of the user you wish to delete.
Information collection and use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, country, phone number, other information (“Personal Information”).
Log data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data inside Wix”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

If we discover that a Children under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers.
